Tenant introduction and rent collection
Ideal if you wish to be involved in the day-to-day management and maintenance of your property but without the worry of having to collect rent. This service contract includes all the benefits of The Standard Service detailed above.
In addition to the tenant introduction service we will:
- Collect the rent each month on your behalf via standing order mandate set up at the start of each tenancy
- Order our Credit Control department to pursue the tenant and serve the appropriate possession notice on your behalf if they fall into arrears
- Provide regular statements so that you know exactly what rent has been collected and when
- Prepare an inventory of your property’s contents and condition
- Visit the property and meet the tenant at the end of the letting period
