Bay House Farm, formerly a cattle farm, has been transformed into five separate properties on a secluded Northamptonshire hilltop surrounded by foliage, landscaped gardens and valley views. In partnership with Grace Homes, we are hosting an open day on Saturday 9th September between 10am and 2pm for home buyers to take a look at two of the five properties on the site.

What properties will be available to view?
Bay House
Of the five properties, two will be opening their doors to the public: Bay House and Sorrell Barn.

Where is it?
The former farmyard is located in the small village of Orton in Northamptonshire. The village is just west of Kettering, less than two miles to Rothwell and a 15-minute drive from Market Harborough.
