Entitlement trading

​Whilst we don’t offer a specific brokerage service, Naylors can advise on buying or selling Basic Payment Scheme Entitlements to farmers and landowners in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.

We can support farmers who own or rent land and need to purchase entitlements in order to farm it. We can also advise on selling entitlements to landowners and farmers who find themselves in the position of having more Basic Payment Scheme Entitlements than eligible land.
